The story of US

For Your safety

My husband is in the Air Force. We bumped into each other randomly at one of my jobs on Base and have been returning to each other ever since.

The word “inseparable” is not in either the vocabulary of a soldier or that of a shovel bum. Life has been pulling us apart and its a true celebration when we reunite, each and every time. The cliche stands ever true, that which does not kill us, makes us stronger.

We dated for three years and finally decided to plan the wedding just before the first actual deployment came along. Many have come and passed, but of course this one stuck. Wedding plans scrapped, I welcomed with open arms my new life, as a military wife. My heart goes out to the families and spouses of our protectors and to all that support us.

AF, USMC, EOD all the way! Hooah!

“A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America”, for an amount “up to and including my life.” That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.”
